Just in Time for Christmas!
Lyle Machinery Co., a leading full-service dealer in the construction, paving, energy, and material handling industries, made Christmas a lot brighter for the individuals served at Boswell Regional Center. Each year Lyle Machinery Co. makes generous end-of –year donations to surrounding charities, and this year they chose Boswell Regional Center’s Friends and Family Association as one of those.
BRC’s Friends & Family Association is a 501 (c)(3) organization that partners with Boswell in providing needy individuals with goods and services that are not covered by the state. Examples of these are: birthday presents, Christmas presents, tickets and spending money for outings and events, as well as final expenses. Most of the individuals served through Boswell Regional Center have very limited funds, and the majority of them do not have outside resources to help provide things for them that are often considered non-essential. This is where BRC’s Friends & Family Association plays an integral part in enriching and increasing the quality of life for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
Thanks to Lyle Machinery Co. and their generous donation of $5,000, fulfilling that mission for Christmas this year just got a lot easier.
