Julius Glenn McKay, age 58, passed away on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at Baptist Hospital. He was born to Freddie Ray McKay and Beatrice (Crain) McKay on April 13, 1963.
Glenn was a family man who loved playing with his grandchildren and going fishing. When time allowed, he enjoyed watching westerns, but especially Mclintock! Or anything starring John Wayne. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
He is survived by his wife, Tina (McElroy) McKay; son, Brandon McKay; daughter, Christina (McKay) Chandler; brothers, William McKay (Carol), Richard McKay (Annette); sisters, Donna West, Mary Newton(David); seven grandchildren; nieces, Ginny Thomas and Angel Tarter.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Teresa Smith.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Tutor Funeral Home in Mendenhall, MS. The service will be at 3:00 p.m. at Tutor Chapel with Bro. George Owens officiating.
Arrangements are entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home of Mendenhall.
