Juaquin Blackwell will be arraigned Thursday morning, June 10, 2020 in Bay Springs for the murder of Deputy James Blair.
According to District Attorney Chris Hennis, Blackwell was indicted by the grand jury last month.
Usually, in Capital Murder cases no bond is given.
Deputy Blair died June 12, 2020 in Mendenhall, MS around 3:30 PM near the Region 8 building in Mendenhall which is located near Highway 13.
