Joyce Evelyn Walker, 73, passed from this life on Friday, June 26, 2015 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS.

A funeral service for Mrs. Walker will be held Monday, June 29, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee in Magee, MS with Rev. Michael Giles officiating. Burial will follow in Goodwater Baptist Church Cemetery in Magee, MS. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee in charge of arrangements, (601)849-5031.

Visitation will be held Sunday, June 28, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee.

Mrs. Walker was born May 02, 1942 in Monticello, MS. She was a retired hatchery worker with McCarty Farms in Magee, and was a member of Goodwater Baptist Church

She is survived by sons Don Walker and wife Donna of Bridgewater, VA, Mike Walker and wife Rhonda of Magee, MS, daughter-in-law Karen Walker of Florence, MS, grandchildren Trey Spangler of Silver Creek, MS, Morgan Walker of Florence, MS, and Kristen Walker of Magee, MS, 2 great grandchildren, brother Calvin Robertson of Morton, MS, and sister Janice Busby of Vicksburg, MS,

She is preceded in death by parents Louis and Louise Berry Robertson, husband Carl F. Walker, and son Steve Walker,

Pallbearers will be Trey Spangler, Todd Walker, Hayden Jones, Chance Jones, Michael Warren, Brady Warren,
