Jeffery Alan “Bodine” Meadows passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2022.  He was born on November 7, 1955, to Pat and Grace Millis Meadows in Simpson County.
He worked as a rig manager for Helmerich and Payne, Inc. for forty years.  He was a member of the Pinola Mason Lodge.  Grilling and watching NASCAR with family and friends was one of his favorite things to do.  He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, and gardening. He loved his family and especially being “Papaw” to his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Pam Lang Meadows, son, Pat Meadows (Lindsey); daughter, Monica Meadows (fiance’ Rick Harper); brother, David Meadows (Lisa); grandchildren, Zachary Lee (Danielle), Ayden Busby (Trenton), Allen Meadows, Jack Meadows, and great-grandchild Bentlee Phillipson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Patsy Holyfield.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at Tutor Funeral Home in Mendenhall from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.  Service will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at 11:00 with Brother Bruce Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Mendenhall City Cemetery.
Arrangements are entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home of Mendenhall.
