Jamsie A. Boyles, 87, passed away on July 27, 2017, at Simpson General Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 5, 1930, to Whaley W. Magee and Eva (Ainsworth) Magee in Magee, MS.

Mrs. Boyles retired from teaching after many years with the Simpson County School District. Later, she served as a volunteer at Simpson General Hospital.

Those left to cherish her memory are her two sons; Joe Boyles (Linda), Vick Boyles (Florence); brother, Douglas Magee; grandchildren, Stepheny Boyles, Mindy Ballard (Josh) and Brian Boyles.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Boyles.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017, at First Baptist Church in Mendenhall, MS. from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. The service will begin at 11:00 am, at the church, with Bro. Rodney Anderson officiating.  Interment will follow in Magee City Cemetery.

Arrangements are entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home of Mendenhall.
