James David Parker, 61, of Huntsville, Texas, passed from this life on Tuesday at St Mary’s Hospital in Cottonwood, ID.

He was born Friday, September 7, 1956 and married Janet Yates Parker on June 17, 1978.

Surviving are wife Janet Parker; two daughters, Jennifer Mitchell and husband Matthew and Joanna McLean and husband Michael; three brothers, John Parker, Paul Parker and Phillip Parker; three grandsons Logan Mitchell, Morgan McLean, and Connor McLean; five nieces and two nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by  father Robert Parker and mother Mary McMullen.

He was well known for his love for Christ, his love for his family, and his consistent service to his church, friends and family. He was an amazing husband and father, and he will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at the White Oak Baptist Church.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 1:00 PM at White Oak Baptist Church. The Burial will follow in White Oak Baptist Church Cemetery. Brother Tim Robertson will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Richard Thornton, Gene Thornton, Mickey Hampton, James Yelverton, Harold Dendy and Perry Kearney.
