INVITATION FOR BIDS

The City of Magee, MS, will receive separate sealed bids for lot clean up and/or demolition of property known and described as follows, all lying within the City of Magee, Simpson County, MS:

Parcel 1: Parcel No. 4183H00025000040801 Address: 158 Simpson Hwy 149

Corrective Action: Cut & Clean the property, removal of weeds, vines, limbs & down trees. Remove/haul off all trash & debris. Demolition of structures. 

Said bids will be received until Friday, 3:00pm September 2, 2022, City of Magee, 123 Main Ave., Magee, MS 39111, at which time bids will be opened.

Applications and information sheets for each parcel can be requested from City Hall, City of Magee, 123 Main Ave., Magee, MS 39111. Or call Shane Steele           (769) 229-2707 or (601) 849-5507.

The City of Magee, MS, reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities therein.
