JACKSON, MS – An inmate convicted of homicide/murder and arson has died while serving a life sentence.
Randy Anderson, 52, was pronounced dead Friday in the clinic at the Central Mississippi Correctional Facility. An autopsy will determine his official cause and manner of death.
Anderson, MDOC #K6597, was sentenced April 30, 2015, in Calhoun County. In addition to life, he also received eight years for the first-degree arson conviction.
