Improvements Coming to MACS
After a transparent and thorough public bidding process, the Board of Directors for College Savings Mississippi has selected a new plan manager for the Mississippi Affordable College Savings plan (MACS). Over the weekend of June 23rd, we will seamlessly transition to Intuition College Savings Solutions.
I fully expect this change will result in an even better customer service experience for our MACS account holders. Intuition has a proven track record of excellent service and an innovative use of technology. Additionally, they have demonstrated a strong ability to deliver low investment fees and will be offering additional investment options.
Intuition is our current service provider for the Mississippi Prepaid Affordable College Tuition plan (MPACT), so we will be able to streamline the service experience across plans, as well.
If you are a MACS customer, please know that no action is required on your part. All of your account details will automatically transfer. You will soon receive a transition newsletter explaining everything you need to know about this exciting change. And, if you participate in payroll deposit, you will receive a letter detailing how to notify your employer of banking information changes.
