By James Davis
The Scriptural passage selected for today is found in Isaiah 40:29: “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.” The Word of God for the people of God; thanks be to God! During our very lowest of times, we who claim to be Christians can cling to our hope in Christ Jesus. He will lift and sustain and carry us through those dark valleys and place our feet once again on solid ground. In Him lies our hope, and without Him and that hope, we’re of all people most miserable. Sing with me, “He will guide me with His eye. On His promise I rely. All the way from earth to Glory, He will guide me with His eye.” Let us always be found standing on the promises of God. Amen!
As we go throughout our day, let us willingly share the love of God.
