What a wonderful time of the year! Thanksgiving ranks pretty close to the top!  Although running around buying groceries… returning for the items forgotten… figuring out what to cook and hoping I can remember how to cook.. is actually fun!  I do very little cooking since I live alone..cooking with a purpose is awesome.

But, what is really awesome is family together.  We gather at my sister Linda and brother-in-law Tom’s deer camp in Yazoo county.  A variety of people attend  the gathering; therefore, there is never a lack of entertainment.

My family

My wish for you is a day filled with food, fun, and laughter.  Hug your loved ones.  Kiss the babies.  Take lots of pictures…and laugh.

Thank you to my faithful followers.  MageeNews.com would be nothing with you.  Sometimes, when I think, “I can’t do this…people don’t care…someone always comes through with an encouraging word.

I hope I encourages each of you to keep pushing.  No matter how tough the path, push onward.

God has held me up for many many years.  Without Him, facing tomorrow would be impossible.

I am thankfully blessed.
