BADGE POLICEOn January 21, 2016, Narcotics investigator Landon Ates was serving a search warrant at 703 5th Street SE Magee, MS 39111 with other officers of Magee Police Department.  While serving the search warrant, Steven Tyler Hand arrived at the residence to deliver marijuana to suspect.  Steven Tyler Hand was then arrested by Magee Police StevenTylerHandDepartment for possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute (marijuana) within 1500 feet of a church.  Steven Tyler Hand’s vehicle (BMW) was seized by the Magee Police Department.  Judge Eugene Knight had Mr. Hand’s initial appearance and set his bond at $25,000.00.

 

On January 22, 2016, Narcotics investigator Landon Ates was serving a search warrant at 429 1st Ave NE Magee, MS 39111 with other officers of Magee Police Department.  While serving the search, Paul Dixon arrived at the residence, and officers searched him for weapons and found methamphetamine and also marijuana in his pockets.  Paul Dixon was charged with possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute within PaulDixon1500 feet of a church.  Paul Dixon was previously out on bond for possession of controlled substance.  Paul Dixon’s bond has been revoked.
