Call on Him

The Scriptural passage selected for today is found in 2 Chronicles 16:9: “For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to Him.” Yes, God, as we know, is omnipotent and omnipresent. He sees, hears, and knows all things, and it pleases Him when His children draw close to Him and rely on Him for leadership and comfort. As the verse confirms, God gives strength to those who are committed to Him; therefore, let us resolve to stick just as close to God as we possibly can. Amen!
