By James Davis
The Scriptural passage selected for today is found in Psalm 46:1: “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” The psalmist knew that God was always with him. Through the good times and the bad, God never failed him. Although he withdrew from God at times, God never budged or moved from the psalmist. No, he remained steadfast and firm. What a comfort to the Christian today. God is ever-present once we accept Him as Lord and Savior. If you have neglected His gift of salvation, reconsider and do so without fail. There is no time like the present. Amen!
Happy Tuesday! Perhaps rain will reach us all at some point today. We pray so.
