Fred Milling Jr. passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019, at Hillcrest Nursing Home. He was born on September 10, 1942, to his parents, the late Fred Earl Milling Sr. and Cecil Sullivan Milling.

Fred served his country in the United States Army. He received numerous awards while deployed during the Vietnam War. His duties included funeral attendant and grave registration in Saigon and Da Nang. He also served in the funeral industry for over 50 years, right in his hometown, helping many families during their time of need. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Magee.

He was preceded in death by his wife of many years, Becky Adams Milling.

He is survived by children; Mark Grubbs (Suzanne), Mike Grubbs (Rhonda), Gregg Grubbs, (Elizabeth), Wayne Grubbs (Lisa), Kim Hall (Bobby), Gayla Luff (Lee); eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am. on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at Magee City Cemetery. Brother Gary Roberts will officiate.

Arrangements are entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
