On Tuesday, July 28, 2015, Frank Mathis, 43, of Covington County, has pled guilty to Sexual Battery of a Minor Child and Gratification of Lust.
The minor child’s relationship to the sexual predator will not be released due to privacy concerns.
DA Jones stated “this young child’s life must now be restored, and I pray that God will help her put this behind her and move forward.”
Mathis has been sentenced to twenty (20) years under the direction, control and supervision of MDOC.
