2020 has been tagged the year of change and differences, now a rare “Christmas Star” is appearing for the first time in over 800 years.
Due to the alignment of the planets Jupiter and Saturn, a bright light will shine Monday, December 21, 2020 just days before Christmas. Thus the reason the alignment of planets is being called the “Star of Bethlehem.”
The best time to see the “star” or planets will be around 5:00 p.m. Monday or just after sunset. The light will be seen for several days but today is the brightest viewing.
The alignment will not happen again until the year 2080.
What a better way to end the year 2020 than a reminder of what the true meaning of Christmas is all about “The Birth of Jesus Christ.”
