Michael Allan, Phillip Magee and Charlie Valadie, representatives from the Magee Fire Department, displayed a brand new set of Hurst Edraulic extrication tools, “Jaws of Life”, during Tuesday’s February 19, 2019 board meeting.
These tools will be a great asset for wrecks, forcible entry, and training! The tools were purchased from funds provided by the community. No tax payers money was used for the purchase of these tools. The following business and individuals donated to the cause; Popeeye’s, Broadwalk, VFIS, Joe Harold Allen, Advance Health care Management, Berry Seafood, Insurance Associates, Tyson, Trustmark, Peoples, PriorityOne, WalMart, and Fernando’s.
The community is going to benefit a lot form these tools. Many lives will be saved and a difference will be made with these life saving technology equipment.
