Children from First Baptist Church of Magee left Monday, June 19 for missions camp at Camp Garaywa in Clinton.
While at camp, the students will participate in Bible Study, worship, morning and evening devotions, singing, swimming, zipline, ropes course, crafts, drama, recreation, and other exciting activities.
The focus of the camp is missions, which is emphasized throughout the week by providing the campers with opportunities to hear from missionaries, as well as equipping them to be missionaries.
The following students attended the camp: Maely Maddox, Lucy Maddox, Sarah Cate Gary, Auden Wilson, Caydence Fraser, Adalyn Fraser, Scarlett Brown, Anna Beth White, Sarah White, Meredith Troclair, Penelope Holifield, Amri Alford, Camden Duckworth, Jack Purvis, Jason Hayman, and Barrett Gary. FBC Children’s Minister Belinda Berry and Youth Pastor Collin Brumfield accompanied the kids to camp.
