Everett Eddie Pearson, 83, of Coldwater, Mississippi, passed from this life at Baptist Desoto Hospital in Southaven, Mississippi. He was born Monday, February 3, 1936.
Eddie was a Tugboat Captain for 50 plus years and also served has a security guard until 2019. He served proudly in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Mendenhall.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Mendenhall. The Burial will follow in Puckett Cemetery. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements. (601) 847-4401
He was preceded in death by parents, Daniel and Zona Pearson; son, Jerry Pearson; Four Sisters and Four Brothers.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years Penny Pearson; children, Marilyn Yates, Margie Holland and husband Johnny, Donna Miller and husband Dave, Bobby Pearson and wife Debbie; daughter-in-law; Shirley Pearson, Patrick Pearson and wife Shannon; Seventeen Grandchildren and Twenty Great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Chris Mozingo, Tom Mozingo, Robert Montgomery, Johnny Holland, and Matt Wittmer
