The Scriptural passage for today is found in Isaiah 33:15-16: “He who walks righteously and speaks what is right…this is the man who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress. His bread will be supplied, and water will not fail him.” The psalmist extols the merits and benefits to be claimed by those who follow God’s commandments and seek His face. The man who walks in the light of the Lord has the assurance that God will never leave him, will always be by his side through all the valleys and mountain tops of life. That man is never alone and can call upon the Lord for strength and comfort any time of the day or night. The choice is ours.
