Cynthia Diane Hanrahan Turner
(September 15, 1955 – March 7, 2022)

Cynthia D. Turner, 66 of Magee, MS passed away from her earthly home to her heavenly home on Monday, March 07, 2022, Magee General Hospital in Magee, Mississippi. She was born Thursday, September 15, 1955 in Victoria, Texas.

A private family visitation and funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022. Brother Gary Roberts will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031

Mrs. Cynnie was a member of New Bethlehem Baptist Church in Mendenhall, Mississippi.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend.  She enjoyed cooking, being able to be a stay home mom, and most of all spending time with her grandkids.  She will be greatly missed by all of her loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil A. Turner, Jr.; father, Richard Hanrahan; mother, Pamela Bowden Hanrahan; and sister, Mary Hanrahan.

Survivors include her two loving sons, Ellis Andrew “Drew” Turner of Magee, MS and Thomas Henry Turner (Samantha) of Laurel, MS; four grandchildren, Easton Turner, Tegan Turner, Zoey Turner, and Zell Twiford all of Laurel, MS; two sisters, Susan Hawkins of Southaven, MS and Debbie Arceneaux of Lafayette, LA; and a host of other family members and friends.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
