Incorrect information was shared earlier today concerning the capture of Jordan Jamal Brinson. Brinson has not been taken into custody.
An old post from 2020 was mistakenly reshared on Facebook, leading to confusion. At this time, Brinson has not been arrested.
Chief Denis J. Borges stated that officers have reason to believe Brinson is no longer in the immediate area, but the search will continue. “He will not be comfortable while on the run, nor will anyone who chooses to assist him,” the Chief emphasized.
