College Savings Mississippi, a program through State Treasurer Lynn Fitch’s Office offering two college savings plans, is the official halftime sponsor of the 2015 Egg Bowl Game in Starkville, Mississippi on November 28. Through this sponsorship, College Savings Mississippi will be hosting a Tuition Toss on the field during halftime, where two students will compete to throw 30 footballs into a target in 30 seconds. The student who throws the most footballs into the target will win a $1,529 Mississippi Affordable College Savings Program (MACS) Scholarship, while the Runner-Up will receive a $529 MACS Scholarship.
Two students were chosen at random from the Entrants, who were required to be between the ages of 18-24 and a current student at one of Mississippi’s public universities. This year’s contestants are students at Mississippi State University and the University of Mississippi.
