Cody Emmonte Hall is in police custody.  Hall is a suspect in the double murder and robbery that occurred on June 8^th in Simpson County.  Hall was captured by U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force this afternoon in Baton Rouge, La.  He is now awaiting extradition back to Mississippi.
