Keton Cockrell is the son of Justin and Jessica Cockrell. He has two brothers Colby and Carter Cockrell. Cockrell is a graduate of SCA and will be attending Belhaven Univeristy to further his education and play football for the Belhaven Blazers. Keton has played football since age 6 and is grateful for the opportunity to continue his love for the game as a a Blazer. Keton will be receiving Academic Achievement Scholarship and Belhaven Blazers Scholarship. He will be playing NCAA Division 111 football for Belhaven as a long snapper and offensive lineman. In high school, Keton was a member of MuAlpha Theta, National Honor Society, Beta Club, FCA, MS Tech Master Scholars, MS Scholars, received the Citizenship award for 3 years, and History Award. He was also awarded the offensive lineman award twice, Honorable Mention District Player 2016, All District Player 2017, Team Captain 3 times 2018, and was a member of the SCA 2018 Football team that played in the State Championship.
Keton plans to pursue a degree in Accounting from Belhaven University.
