WESSON- The Medical Radiologic Technology (MRT) program at Copiah-Lincoln Community College’s Wesson Campus is currently accepting applications for admission into the Summer 2017 class. All applications are due by Wednesday, February 1, 2017.

The MRT program is a two-year technical program designed to prepare graduates for employment as a radiologic technologist or radiographer. Employment opportunities include various health care facilities such as hospitals, doctors’ offices, medical clinics, imaging centers and sports medicine clinics. The radiography curriculum includes technical and academic courses. Classroom and laboratory activities are conducted on Co-Lin’s Wesson Campus and clinical experience is gained at affiliating hospitals.

Applicants must be 18 years of age and are recommended to have an ACT score of 19 or higher. Acceptance will be based on a completed application packet, ACT score, GPA, and an interview by the Selection Committee. If accepted, all applicants must participate in drug and alcohol testing and a criminal history background check. For more information, visit our website at https://careertraining.colin.edu/rgt
