Co-Lin Tailgate Party

Copiah Lincoln Community College Simpson Campus held a tailgate party Wednesday, October 2, 2019 on their campus.

Students signed in upon arrival and registered for door prizes that were given throughout the day.

Macie Gray, Kacey Wallace, and Hattie Grace Ashmore all seniors from Simpson County Academy enjoyed the events of the day!

The military was present with stations that test the students strength endurance.

Seniors from Magee, Mendenhall and Simpson County Academy were invited along with any dual enrollment students. A fun day of games, inflatables, and booths were available followed by food. The day gives the prospective seniors a chance to meet the Co-Lin staff and tour the campus.

The homecoming court from the Simpson Campus was announced and the Class Favorites. Dr. Dewane Middleton and Dr. Jane Hulon presented the court with sashes and flowers.

Sophomore Class Favorites

DJ Duckworth is an automation and control major from Mt. Olive, MS.

Ayriel Easterling is a physical therapy major from Mendenhall, MS.

Dayra Guerrez is an international business major from Mize, MS.

Chloe White is a secondary education major from Magee, MS.

Freshman Class Favorites

Walter Baldwin is political science major from Magee, MS.

Mandrell Sullivan is a chemistry major from Mendenhall, MS.

Homecoming Maids are:

freshman maids Chelsia Smith of D’Lo and Keira Smith of Prentiss; sophomore maids Madison Maddox and Kadaisha Barnes, both of Magee.
