Deputy Fire Marshal Shane Steele announced at the July 19, 2022 City of Magee Board of Aldermen meeting, the home owners of 5 areas in the city limits of Magee have been served affidavits/summons concerning the condition of their property.
The home owners will appear before the City of Magee Judge on August 2, 2022.
The properties are:
