Aldermen running for office, Mark Grubbs (Mayor) and Lawana Thompson (Alderman), will not be present at the meeting. Sue Honea, Patrick Brown, and Sammy Tebo
will be in attendance creating a quorum. Mayor Berry will be in attendance.
