Carolyn June Ware passed away Saturday, January 30, 2016, at the age of 76 years old.  She was born on October 13, 1939, to her parents, the late Anse Everett and Ollie (McAlpin) Everett.

Carolyn was a retired school teacher with Simpson County Schools and a retired social worker with the Department of Human Services. She was a lifelong member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church where she served as the church organist for many years.

She is survived by one sister, Bettie Everett Little of Brandon, MS; two nephews, Alan Little (Janet), Barry Little; two nieces, Ellen Dabbs (Dutch) and Ann Collins.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Cordis Edward Ware.

Services will be Monday, February 1, at the Tutor Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 am with visitation from 9:00 am until 10:00 am.  Rev. Jarred Cummins will officiate. Interment will follow in Magee City Cemetery.

Arrangements are entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.  Online condolences may be made online at www.tutorfuneralhome.com
