Board of Alderman met on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 6:30 pm.

Meeting was called to order and Dale Berry opened in prayer.

Mayor Jimmy Clyde announced someone had donated bicycle helmets to every student at Magee Elementary. The helmets were given to encourage young people to follow safety rules and abide by the helmet law.

All reports were read and approved.

Chief Randy Crawford asked the board to approve sending two employees for jail training certification.

The Fire Department asked board to approve Cory Smith to be added as an active firefighter.

Under personnel matters with the retirement of Mr. Bill, Mayor Clyde, presented Tim Bray to be hired replacing the position that was vacant.

A tree request for 6th Ave SE and 2nd St SE was agreed to see if Entergy will help in cutting due to being located so close to power line.

With no other business meeting was adjourned.
