Billy Joe Clark, 84, of Mount Olive, Mississippi, died January 22, 2019 at the Veteran Administration Nursing Home in Collins, Mississippi.
He was born on January 13, 1935.
Visitation will be held Thursday, January 24, 2019 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Mount Olive, Mississippi. Bro. David McCord will officiate. Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 25, 2019 at 10:00am at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Mount Olive, Mississippi. Burial will follow at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery in Raleigh, Mississippi. Colonial Chapel of Magee is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Clark was preceded in death by his father, Elnathan Clark; mother, Romarie Wallace Clark, and a sister, Ms. Kathleen Clark Sellers.
Survivors include his wife, Ms. Betty Ann Allen Clark; brothers, Hulon (Nina) Clark, Fairl (Ann) Clark; sisters, Barbara (Winfred) Jordan, Doris Sullivan; Children, Debbie Winfred, Zoe Tewey, grandson, Jason Rogers; granddaughter, Vallere Rogers; great grandson, Ethan Rogers; great granddaughter, Alex McPherson and a host of nieces and nephews.
