Bettye Jean Weathersby, 66, of Mendenhall, MS passed away Sunday, December 24, 2017 at home in Mendenhall, MS. She was born Sunday, August 19, 1951 in Mendenhall, MS.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee..
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee. Burial will follow in Mendenhall City Cemetery in Mendenhall. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601)849-5031.
She is preceded in death by her Parents, Boots and Bernice Weathersby; Brother Lem Weathersby(Shorty).
Survivors include her Sons, Garth D Weathersby, Mendenhall, MS, Chris Smith, Mendenhall; Grand Children, Anthony Weathersby, Jonathan Yarneil; Brothers, Jimmy Weathersby (Mary Ann), Mendenhall and Tony Lynn Weathersby, White Oak;Sister, Docia Thompson; Half Brother, James Weathersby, Half-Sister, Margaret McFadden; A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Garth Weathersby, Jimmy Weathersby, Tony Lynn Weathersby, Steve Weathersby, Anthony Weathersby, and Johnny Byrd.
