Seniors at Mendenhall High School recently had the opportunity to apply for colleges of their choice in their English classes. Mendenhall High School hosted the annual event to encourage students to apply to more than one college.
“We want our students to fill out applications and apply to colleges so when they make the final selection they will have options,” says Andrea Shivers, MeHS Counselor.
The Counseling Center is available for students to stop by and pick up scholarship applications and to receive guidance about how to apply for college admission.
“We encourage our students to apply for all of the scholarships offered because scholarships mean opportunities, ” says Shivers.
