Andy Gipson was named 2017 “Angel of the Year” by The Center for Violence Prevention. Pictured with Andy is Sandy Middleton of The Center for Violence Prevention.

Wednesday, Andy attended a Human Trafficking Update hosted by CVP. Andy said, “we must be diligent and keep working to bring an end to this awful version of modern day slavery in Mississippi.”

“It’s been such a joy to work with Sandy Middleton last year and many prior years to draft and pass legislation to combat domestic abuse and assist survivors. I have so much respect for Sandy and her team and the work they do through The CVP,” stated Andy.
