Tuesday was a day of recognition at Simpson Academy.  Following the presentation of Katie Rogers receiving  the Prudential Spirit of Community Award, Headmaster Billy Wayne Hankins recognized the following students and their outstanding accomplishments.

Anna Leland: Has been accepted to attend the Mississippi Governor’s School this summer.  Anna has also been chosen to represent Simpson at HOBY this summer.

Logan Barnard:  Has been accepted as an alternate to attend the Mississippi Governor’s School this summer.

Hayden Craft:  Student of the Month at Simpson County Career and Technical Center.
