Logan Barnard served as a page for State Rep. Andy Gipson in the Mississippi House of Representatives during the week of February 9, 2015. Logan is the son of Bro. Paul and Allison Barnard. The deadline for passing general bills was Thursday, February 12th, and Logan did an excellent job at the Capitol during one of the busiest weeks of the Session. Rep.
