Laurel, Miss. – July 14, 2024 – South Central Regional Medical Center is excited to welcome Jones County native, Matthew Martin, MD, to the organization, where he will provide radiological services.
Dr. Martin attended the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he earned his medical degree in 2019, completed his radiology residency in 2024, and finished his musculoskeletal radiology fellowship in 2025.
“I am excited to join the medical community here at SCRMC,” said Dr. Martin. “It’s an honor to support the high-quality diagnostic care already being provided and to serve the community that means so much to me.”
Dr. Martin will officially join the Radiology Associates, P.A. team, a third-party radiology group that provides primary interpretations for Open Air MRI of Laurel, as well as South Central Regional Medical Center.
