Ms. Ruby Mae Ainsworth, 88, of Braxton, MS, passed away on April 29, 2026, at home.  Visitation will be 5-8:30pm Friday, May 1, 2026, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS and again on Saturday, from 12 pm – 1:45 pm at the funeral home.  Services are 2pm Saturday, in the chapel.  Burial will follow in Pelahatchie Cemetery in Pelahatchie, MS.

Survivors include her sons, Greg Hampton (Amy) and Mike Flanagan (Charlotte); bonus children, Wayne Ainsworth (Gail), Machell Agent (James), Marie Netherland (Curt Thompson), and Joann Johnson (Travis); brother, Bubba Flanagan; ten grandchildren, Dixie Waldrop (Jeff), Justin Flanagan (Gabby), Michele Weeks (Stephen), Shannon Wheat (Daniel), Kristen Worrell (Jordan), Jayme Agent, Kendall Agent, Bradley Ainsworth, Trevor Johnson, and Jordan Johnson; and 12 great grandchildren.
