Harry Reynolds went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, December 17, 2023, at his home in Florence, MS. He was 78 years old. The family will receive extended family and friends for visitation from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence, MS. The service will begin at 12:00 p.m. The burial will follow at Clear Branch Cemetery in Florence, MS.

Harry was born on October 27, 1945, to Leroy Reynolds and Juanita Evelyn Green Reynolds in Memphis, TN. He has lived in the Florence community for the past 49 years where he was an active member and deacon at Clear Branch Baptist Church. He was also active in the Church Building Ministries Inc. missions where he took several mission trips. Harry served with the United States Army in the 1st Calvary Division in Vietnam. Afterwards he was with the US Army Reserves and MS Army National Guard and retired as Lt. Colonel. Harry also worked for VA Medical Center as a Medical Technologist for 33 years. He truly had a servant’s heart. Harry enjoyed hunting and fishing and he LOVED Southern MS football. He loved watching Florence Eagles football and baseball. But most of all, he loved God and his family. He will truly be missed.

Harry is survived by his wife of 52 years, Linda C. Reynolds of Florence, MS; sons, Greg Reynolds (Kelli) of Mendenhall, MS, and Kyle Reynolds (Kim) of Florence, MS; twin brother, Larry Reynolds of Florence, MS; sister, Mignonne Winfrey of Florence, MS; grandchildren, Noah, Kylie, Addison, Morgan, Maggie, Walker, and Eli and 1 great grandchild, Sy; a number of nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
