Dale Luckey, 74, of Magee, Mississippi, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021, at Magee General Hospital in Magee, Mississippi. He was born Sunday, April 7, 1946, in Magee, Mississippi.

Graveside funeral service will be held Sunday, January 3, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Raleigh, Mississippi. Mr. Brian Kennedy (Nephew) will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031

Mr. Luckey was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Raleigh, Mississippi.  He was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend.   He enjoyed farming and spending time outdoors.  He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Nelson Luckey and Ida Gregory Luckey.

Survivors include two sisters, Shirley Luckey Smith and husband, Gary of Bassfield, and Bobbie Luckey Kennedy and her husband the late Jimbo of Magee; one brother, Robert Luckey and wife, Michele of Mendenhall; nieces and nephews, Rebecca Luckey Martin (Trey) of Madison, Skyla Luckey of St. Petersburg, FL, Dave Luckey (Ann Terry) of Denver, CO, Britton Davis (Courtney) of Mize, Joshua Davis (Becky) of Braxton, Brian Kennedy (Audra) of Magee, Dawn Lampkin (Will) of Madison, Dedra Fortenberry (Eric) of Columbia, Jennifer (BJ) Berry of Prentiss, and Julie Dickens (Darren) of Soso; and a host of other family members and friends.

Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.

Due to Covid-19, the family is requesting for all attending to wear a mask and practice social distance.
