With a heavy and saddened heart, I must share with you my readers and friends the news that Tommy Everett died late Thursday afternoon of a self-inflected gunshot wound.
There are no words…but I know that through the love of Jesus Christ our Savior we can walk this path again.
Susan Yates, his daughter, is very ill in St D Hospital in Jackson. She has had complications and I am unsure she will even be able to attend the funeral.
John is in the hospital. I do not know the procedure on if John can or will be able to be involved in the funeral.
Tommy’s grandsons Spencer and Huston along with son-in-law Buddy Yates and myself will be handling most of the arrangements.
I will post arrangements later today.
I am sorry I could not post this information earlier but we had to wait until all family was notified…and John could not be notified until 8 AM this morning.
Thank you. I thank each of you for searching…for standing with me…and your prayers.
Sue

Mr Tommy was a very special man to many people to Magee as was the Everett famiy, although I will say some of the details in the post surrounding his death were very much not needed as many don’t need to know personal family member details( myself included) but sad situation regardless where his son, daughter and family are
