I learned tonight that my long time childhood friend Tommy D Brown died (Tuesday). Tommy D lived down the street from me…Dot lived one street over…so you can imagine the good times we had riding bikes and running all over our neighborhood. I never met him that he wasn’t smiling…giving me a hug…and talking about our youth!
My heart is broken for Shirley and her precious family. Shirley and Tommy D have been together forever! I can’t imagine one without the other.
As we so often say, everyday is a blessing …and tell the people you love how precious they are to you.
I will miss my friend.
