Thelma Mangum Patterson, 77, of Magee, died Saturday, April 23, 2016 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. She was born Wednesday, October 12, 1938 in Magee.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee in Magee. Burial will follow in Sharon Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Magee. Bro. H.B. Floyd and Bro. Johnny Sykes will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601)849-5031
She was a member of Magee Pleasant Hill Baptist Church for over sixty years.
Ms. Patterson is preceded in death by her husband- Larry Patterson; parents Delos Mangum and Margie Mangum; brothers – Delmer Mangum and Elmer Mangum.
Ms. Patterson is survived by her son – Kenny Patterson (Sheila) of Magee, daughter – Twylla P. Grant (Larry) of Pearl, son – Henry H. Patterson, Magee, MS and daughter – Lara Craft (Brent) of Mendenhall; twelve grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday, April 25, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.
