The Magee Fire Department holds a dear place in my heart…the department was my daddy’s favorite project….in fact our fire department is named for him…F. J. Dickey Fire Department!
I have watched with interest the growth of our fire department. The dedication of the men is unmatched by any town. These guys love what they do…remember…it is all volunteer!
Thank you, firemen, for the years of service…thank you for your quick response…thank you for your love of others…thank you for working to get our insurance rates lower…thank you for your vision…thank you for never being satisfied and always wanting to do more…thank you for getting up in the middle of the night…thank you for leaving your job to work a fire…in other words…thank you!
