Following the vote count for the City of Magee Election Tuesday night, no winner could be declared in the Mayoral and Alderman at Large position.  Whitney Barnes Baker won the Ward 3 Republican position.

In a change from the first primary, vote counts were not given Tuesday night until all boxes were counted.  Twylla Grant, City Clerk of Magee, read the completed results.  At the first primary, totals were read as the boxes were counted.

The 42 affidavit ballots will be confirmed and counted at 8:30 AM at City Hall.

MageeNews.com will be at the vote count Wednesday morning and report as information is made available.  The counting will not be live streamed but reported on the website, Facebook, and twitter.
