With great honor and pleasure I present Christy Wilson…who will graduate Friday, May 13th from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Christy is dear to my heart and soul. She came to me (MageeNews.com) as a shy senior! Christy chose MageeNews.com media and film as her Senior Project.
She “graduated” from MageeNews.com as an outstanding film, journalist, interviewer, ad designer and polished young lady. Christy may always think she was the
winner in this “deal”…but let me tell you….I have been blessed beyond measure by her talents, gifts, and her sweet spirit.
I am so proud of her I just want to scream to the world…she did it…and she did it through hard work and determination!
My first encounter with Christy was years ago when I worked at the Magee Post Office. This dark haired —big brown eyed—girl would hide behind her mother’s dress and peep out at me.
As the years progressed, I watched Christy come into the post office and hand me her mail…little did I know she would become my right hand “man”!!! Oh, how I love her!
And now…she is graduating from USM College of Business!!!
