Rose C. Roberts, 81, of Magee, Mississippi, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at her residence in Magee. She was born Monday, December 28, 1936.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 30, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home Magee.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home Magee in Magee. The Burial will follow in Siloam Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Raymond Jeffcoat will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031
Mrs, Rosie C. Roberts was married for 52 years to her loving husband Charles L Roberts. They have three wonderful children Darryl Roberts (Ivania), Derwin Roberts (Beverly), and Darlene Duckworth (Chris). She loved her church and her church family. She was also a member of Siloam Baptist Church for 56 years. She enjoyed being part of WMU and her ladies Sunday school class.
She was preceded in death by husband, Charles Roberts; parents, James Chain and Letha Chain.
Survivors include her sons, Darryl Roberts (Ivania) and Derwin Roberts (Beverly); daughter, Darlene Duckworth (Chris); nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; sisters, Linda Blanton, Hiram Chain, Joyce Edgeworth, Minnie Livingston, Peggy Mowry, brother, Billy Chain.
